An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong and inspirational leader with SEND experience, who is able to work collaboratively and provide targeted support to ensure meaning and positive outcomes for disadvantaged students. The role will entail supporting the Head teacher in all aspects of the school’s leadership particularly around quality of supporting students with SEND, learning difficulties and high needs through effective interventions in a mainstream setting. You will be required to support the curriculum, raise aspirations and set high standards for staff, pupils and parents alike.

Bishop’s Primary School within Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust consists of five primary campuses and four Early Years Centres.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Assistant here at Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust.

In this busy role you will be the first point of contact and provide an effective, efficient and customer focused lettings service to the hirers of our facilities.

You will ensure hirers are following guidelines/procedures and you will be responsible for the locking/unlocking and ensuring the security of the premises as well as monitoring visitors to ensure fire safety.

This role can be demanding, therefore we are looking for a resilient person who has experience of working closely with customers, has excellent communication and customer service skills and someone who is approachable, friendly and confident in dealing with queries.

NCEA Trust has an opportunity for a CCAB qualified experienced Finance Manager to join a busy finance team at its head office in Ashington. Under the leadership of the Director of Finance and Central Services, you will provide high quality leadership and management for all aspects of the finance team and ensure that the Trust gives and receives value for money.

The Role
You will lead the finance team, working closely with the Director of Finance and Central Services as well as the wider central service teams and principals of the schools. Leading on management accounts, your work will ensure the MAT is able to track performance and act accordingly. You will also have an opportunity to get involved with project work, as well as system and process improvement.

The Requirements

  • CCAB qualified
  • Must be able to deliver monthly management accounts
  • Experience of cost centre reporting needed
  • Confident with budgeting and performance tracking
  • Capable of getting involved in project work, systems and process improvements

Candidates should be a person of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality while remaining impartial. You should have a good eye for detail, be of a resilient nature and be able to remain positive in challenging circumstances. You will have the ability to use Excel to a high level.
