Salary: Band 2 £24,796 – £25,185 pro rata (actual £19,370 – £19,674)

Castle School is seeking a caring and committed Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and enthusiastic team.

Castle School is a Special School within NCEAT that supports children with complex and multiple learning difficulties and disabilities. We pride ourselves on providing an innovative, personalised learning experience where every child is supported to reach their full potential. Our purpose built environment, combined with a dedicated team of staff, creates a safe and stimulating space where children can learn, explore and enjoy their school experience.

The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive and motivated, with a positive, can do attitude and a genuine desire to help children succeed. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting pupils in their learning and development while working collaboratively within an experienced team.
