The successful candidate will:
- Provide strategic leadership across the school
- Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes
- Support the development and wellbeing of staff and students
- Champion high standards of behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding
- Work closely with the Headteacher and governors to deliver the school’s vision
- Lead on a key whole-school responsibility area aligned to experience and strengths
