JB Community Hub is operated and managed by the Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust (NCEAT). The JB Community Hub is the collective name which focuses on lettings and advertising for the Trust.
Across the Trust, our modern campuses feature a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities which are available to hire at evenings, weekends and in the school holidays that are great for sport, drama, martial arts, dance classes, music production, business meetings and events plus much more.
With free parking available at all of our sites, we can also accommodate private functions, birthday parties, conferences and events at affordable, low cost prices.

Places to Hire
3G
Our 3G pitch (third-generation artificial playing surface) is designed to replicate the feel and performance of natural grass but offers greater durability, all-weather usability and better wear and tear. Hire our 3G pitch for football, rugby and any other sports.
HALL
Our hall is a versatile and modern space perfect for sports, community events, meetings, parties and celebrations. There are flexible layout options and essential facilities, it can be tailored to suit a variety of occasions. The hall at Duke’s offers a welcoming environment for both small and large gatherings.
FIELD
Our field is available providing a well-maintained, spacious outdoor area ideal for sports matches, training sessions, community events, and other kinds of recreational activities. With easy access and next to the carpark, it’s suitable for groups of all sizes. Perfect for both competitive and casual use, the field is a great space for you!
ATRIUM
Our atrium is available for hire, offering a very bright, open and well designed space ideal for anything from receptions and exhibitions to meetings, and social gatherings. Its spacious layout and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere, while flexible setup options make it suitable for a range of events. Perfect for both professional and community use, the atrium provides a stylish and functional setting.
MULTI-USE GAMES AREA
Our multi-use games area (MUGA) provides a versatile, all-weather surface ideal for a range of sports and activities. Marked for multiple games, it’s perfect for football, basketball, netball and more. With durable surfaces and excellent facilities, the MUGA is well-suited for training, matches and community events of all sizes.
HYDROTHERAPY POOL
Our hydrotherapy pool at Castle School offers a warm, accessible and relaxing environment ideal for rehabilitation, therapy sessions, or gentle exercise. Featuring adjustable water temperature and specialist equipment, it’s designed to support health, wellbeing and recovery. Perfect for individuals, groups or professional practitioners, the pool provides a safe and comfortable space for therapeutic use.

“My dance school staged our recent Christmas performance in the Atrium and I couldn’t recommend the venue more highly. The space is beautiful and gave us plenty of room for an audience of 200+ and a cast of 100. The staff were excellent in the planning stages and the welcome pack they provided was really useful in providing information for my dancer’s parents. On the day of the event the room looked great and nothing was too much for the staff who provided constant support throughout the day. Having access to a range of rooms was helpful and meant that we could put on a professional performance whilst remaining covid secure. Many of our parents commented on how well the venue worked for our event and how lovely a space it was. I would highly recommend this venue for performance events – we will definitely be back.

“I have been hiring the hall since August, the space is the perfect size to run my classes, with a large free car park on site and all the amenities I need for me and my clients. There is a lettings assistant on site to provide access and assist with anything I may need, they have also been very helpful and responsive when I email them to discuss queries.
