HR Administrator
Contract type: Fixed term contract for 12 months
Salary: Band 3 £25,583 pro rata (£17,285 – £20,742 actual)
Closing Date: 11/08/2025
Hours: 25 – 30 hours available
NCEAT is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team within Central Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering an efficient and responsive HR service across an established Multi Academy Trust.
Working closely with the HR team and other departments, the successful candidate will help ensure all aspects of the employee lifecycle are processed accurately, timely, and in line with Trust policies and employment legislation.
Please note, interviews for this position will take place on Thursday 28th August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with recruitment administration including advertising and interview coordination.
- Help process new starter documentation, contracts, and pre-employment checks
- Maintain and update employee records and systems, including starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, and flexible working requests.
- Respond to routine HR-related queries from staff and external contacts professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and GDPR requirements
