HOW WE CAN HELP

A school improvement team is a collaborative group dedicated to enhancing the educational environment and outcomes within a school. This team typically comprises teachers, administrators, parents, and sometimes students, all working together to identify areas for growth and implement strategic plans for improvement.

The primary goal of a school improvement team is to foster a culture of continuous improvement. They assess the current state of the school by analyzing data related to student performance, attendance, and engagement. By gathering this information, the team can pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, allowing them to develop targeted initiatives.
