Salary: Band 5 £28,598 – £31,537 pro rata (£23,341 – £25,740 actual)

The Cabin at William Leech is growing!
As we move into the next phase of development, we are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the growing team and provide bespoke support to children with SEMH/SLCN needs to help them thrive in a small and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be a calm, talented and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant that is able to work closely with children who have a range of needs including speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. You will show initiative on a daily basis, as you support children to thrive and reach their full potential.
The Cabin at William Leech provides a unique learning environment that has been refurbished to meet the needs of the children. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career in our specialist provision in the heart of Lynemouth, and support both the children who attend The Cabin and their families.
