Salary: £50,806 – £56,154 per annum

The Trust is seeking an exceptional HR professional to join our Senior Leadership team as Director of Human Resources.

This is a strategic leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a people strategy that supports our vision of providing outstanding educational opportunities for every child across our Trust. Working closely with Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Trustees, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of human resources and organisational development. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader who is passionate about creating positive workplace cultures, developing high-performing teams and driving meaningful organisational change. 

As Director of Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to influence Trust-wide strategy, contribute to our continued development and make a lasting impact on the experience of staff across our schools.
